Psychological support for you to navigate life's challenges and uncover deeper meanings in life. Holistic Psychological and Counselling Service to support your wellbeing.
CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Hi, my name is Chloe, a BACP and NCPS registered counsellor and a final year counselling psychologist in training. As a psychologist, I work with my clients to manage and overcome a wide range of emotional and mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship breakdowns, divorce, grief and loss and low self-esteem. I have particular interest in healing relational trauma (from both childhood and adult life) and working with clients experiencing fertility issues.
Prior to retraining as a psychologist, I have had a decade long career in the financial services industry which has afforded me with real insights of the demands and pressures associated with being in a highly pressurized profession. Therefore, I have a keen interest in workplace issues, work stress, burnout and supporting clients to relate to their professional identities and managing work-life balance. I believe my professional experience outside psychology humbles and grounds me, and empowers me to relate to my clients in a sensitive and authentic manner.
I am a LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming therapist. Clients from all backgrounds are warmly welcomed.

I work with both individuals and couples across a wide range of age groups, from adolescents and young people (15+) to clients in their 70s and 80s. My counselling and psychotherapy practice is grounded in a developmentally informed approach, and I am dedicated to supporting my clients as they navigate key life transitions and milestones, such as starting university, graduating, establishing a career, migration, dating and relationships, marriage, parenthood, separation, adjusting to an empty nest, and retirement. Each stage of life brings its own challenges and opportunities. I specialise in helping clients work out what feels most meaningful to them during these transitions, enabling them to lead a more intentional and meaningful life.
As a counselling psychologist in training and experienced counsellor, I aim to offer a safe and non-judgemental space where all your worries, anxiety and stress can be expressed and explored; and together we will try to make sense of what's happening in your life and how you can move forward and go on thriving. Therapy is essentially a conversation with a purpose; and my conversational style is warm, engaging and inspiring.
In addition to offering a safe and contained space for reflection & exploration, I also strive to help my clients achieving the following benefits through regular talking with me:
I will guide our conversation in a way that you gain more clarity in your speech and thought patterns over time. The renewed clarity will help you relate to your emotions and thoughts better and hopefully lead to improved problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Through our conversation, I will work with you to identify your core values and what matters to your most so you can go on lead a more meaningful life; guided and grounded by your core values. I will also help you making sense of life's struggles and paradoxes and uncover the deeper meanings often buried in life's seemingly random or tragic events.
Our session starts with talking but I would want to see all these wonderful insights gleaned from our conversations translate into tangible improvements in all dimensions of your life outside the therapy room, be it better relationships, enhanced sense of wellbeing or greater career progression. Through our conversation, I will also help you to become more aware of your behaviour patterns, some which maybe automatic or highly reactive. The ability to evaluate and/or modify your behaviour patterns is likely to lead to positive transformation in your life outside the therapy room.
Overall, I work with clients in a compassionate and relational manner and a key part of our work together is to understand and work through your life story, through which emotional mending and healing can happen organically.
